We’ve upgraded our mobile software to resolving a bug where icons and images are displayed incorrectly.
This release contains improvements to the social share feature that provides default text when sharing to Twitter. A tracking permission screen was added for iOS users in order to collect their IDFA before starting shopping journeys from specific stores. This permission allows us to track user activity from ad campaigns to shopping purchases. Also, we now support PDF uploads when submitting support tickets, so users can more easily add receipts in the format they get them from merchants.
There are several noteworthy changes included in this release. The most important changes are to the UI for Members. Rewards, and Settings. The Members tab has been given its own prominent status within the UI in order to better promote its value for shopping benefits. Rewards has been re-designed to better improve visibility and UX, and Settings has moved to the upper navigation to reflect its overarching role across different functionality areas.
The primary focus of this release is migrating our transactional push notifications to a new provider. All pre-existing English language push notifications have been updated for better deliverability, and deep links have been included as well so users are delivered to the relevant page within the app. Besides push notifications, some minor UI changes are also included in this release.
Several areas of the application have been redesigned in order to provide a more modern and clean user interface. The splash screen and login page are the two most notable changes. In addition, we’ve updated the Shop detail page in order to make offer exclusions more manageable within the UI. The referral widget has been turned into a card that lives within the main Shop feed.
Our last release of 2021 — we’ve fixed several bugs to improve the stability and user experience of the application. In addition, we’ve added FTX and Gate.io as options for users seeking to purchase STMX as part of the Upgrade Membership flow. FTX and Gate.io have also been added to the Buy Crypto flow, which users can access from the Settings page.
FTX is only available for non-US users, while Gate.io is available for both US and non-US users.

The debit card waitlist is finally here! Sign up and refer your friends to move up your poll position. Once the debit card is released you'll receive it sooner.
Added Coinbase Wallet for staking and memberships. Improved the Settings View so it is easier to read. Fixed various UI bugs and styling issues.
Coinbase Wallet is now an option for your Rewards Wallet. You can use MetaMask or Coinbase Wallet to become a StormX Member.
We’ve fixed some important bugz!! ? The average tracking time for you purchase to be recognized is fixed. We’ve also removed the ability to add Coinbase email as a wallet type. They are having some issues so its best to remove it for now with the intention of adding it back in later. Lastly, we added a new screen during the on-boarding view to ask users if they’d like to connect a wallet. Thats it ?
We listened to the community and resigned the in-app shopping flow! The newly designed screens better explain when you will get rewarded and for how much. We’ve also improved support ticket submissions so that we can resolve issues around shopping rewards faster.
Users without an email will need to enter one. We’ll be moving away from phone number sign-ups soon. Fixed a bug where tasks didn’t show up correctly after starting one. Updated the UI for support ticket submission in-app. Lastly, we display a helpful UI tip for shops where using a coupon code will cause StormX to lose its tracking.

Leaderboard is updated! We'll start doing monthly prizes for shopping soon so stay tuned on our Twitter. We've also polished many of the views to make it easier to find shops, categories and shopping trips. We also changed the wait time for earning your membership from 12 hours to immediately. No more waiting :) Lastly, we fixed a bug that prevented users from starting a shopping trip because of ad tracking permissions.
Buy Bitcoin, Ethereum and the top cryptocurrencies right from our app using MoonPay! Your friends can also use their referral codes if the link isn't working. Play tasks will now show up in the History view instead of the side menu. The old referral system has also been turned off. Lastly, history view has received a UI update. The store icons appear next to your shopping trips so its easier to find.
